Our bodies carry too many thoughts, emotions, concerns, and calculations. Because of this, we often remain in states of stress, tension, and tightness. We become so familiar with living in feelings of lack, insecurity, worry, anguish, and exhaustion that they start to feel normal.

Imagine this:
Throughout your day, as you interact with the world, you can simply notice thoughts, sensations, emotions, and feelings as they arise—remaining still enough to watch them dissolve. When you understand the nature of this loop, you become truly free.

This life skill is the key to releasing stress, pain, aches, trauma and discomfort from your body, and freeing space in your mind to create a happier and more successful life.
Meditation—and staying in a meditative state in daily life—is easier and simpler than you might think.

A little note on meditation

-
There are three meditation postures: lying down, sitting (on a chair or on the floor), and standing. In class, you are welcome to choose whichever your body feels best.

-
There are six activities of the mind: five through the senses (hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, and sensing) and the sixth is thinking. The world appears or disappears to you as these six activities operate or become quiet.
-
The true nature of a human being is happiness, peace, understanding, love, and wisdom. When we spend too long in abnormal states—stress, worry, anxiety, insecurity, pain, and noise in the body and mind—we forget how to return to our natural state.
-
Beneath all difficulties, there is a vast energy of stillness, calm, love, peace, and wisdom. All you need to do is relax your body, breathing deeply and notice your thoughts - allowing them to arise and dissolve back into the silence from which they come.

Fun Fact
According to research reported by Time Magazine, a person has between 30,000 and 50,000 thoughts per day—and on difficult days, this can rise to 80,000+ thoughts. If your mind could rest for even a fraction of the time it spends generating thoughts, imagine how much clearer, calmer, and happier you might feel.
Imagine you master this skill – how beautiful and enjoyable life would be for you and for others!

Testimonials
As a newcomer, it’s completely natural to want reassurance—that what’s being offered is effective, professional, and truly worthwhile.
I completely understand and respect that. That’s why I invite you to take a moment to read some feedback from people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. You will find them below or on Google review, my Facebook review, and the Yoga Alliance Professionals review.
