Through a unique blend of somatic embodiment yoga meditation, I help employees reconnect with their bodies, their breaths, their happiness and their focus, manage stress, and sustain energy throughout the day.

Sessions are thoughtfully designed, accessible to all levels, and available for both in-person and remote teams—supporting relief from stress, anxiety, low mood, negativity, and mental-emotional challenges.
