Fun Fact:
Your eyes are the steering wheel of your whole body.
Try this small experiment and see what you discover:

-
While standing with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width apart, reach your right hand over your left shoulder as if you are turning to the left. As you do this, allow your head to turn to the left but keep your eyes still, staring straight ahead. Notice what happens to your turning.
-
Now try it again, but this time allow your eyes to guide your turn to the left. What do you notice?

Another fun fact: your lower belly and your anger are deeply connected.

Try this small experiment to help you channel your anger:

-
When you start to feel angry—while it’s happening and even after— release the inward pulling of your lower belly (the area below your belly button and above your pelvis). Just let this area soften so it can move in and out easily as you breathe. What do you notice happens to the intensity of your anger?

Our attention is often scattered across countless things. As a result, we lose our natural inner coordination - every part of our body are working well together. When this inner organisation is lost, we experience strain, tightness, stiffness, fatigue, and aches and pains throughout the body—and likely in the mind as well—a sense that something just isn’t right.

If you understood that this is common but not normal, and that the body’s natural state is one of ease, comfort, and inner harmony, would you be willing to spend some time working on it?

When we study, work, or go about our daily chores, we often remain in a state of constant contraction, holding our breath without even realizing it. Yet everything becomes easier, more effective, and more enjoyable when the body is relaxed rather than tense.

Imagine your body at ease
Your eyes, spine, shoulders, hips, and limbs moving in harmony; your connective tissues hydrated; your whole system coordinated.
How would your mind feel in such a state, how happy would you feel and how easy for you to connect with others?
