Your lower belly and your anger are deeply connected.
Next time anger arises, soften the area below your navel and above your pelvis. Let your belly move naturally with your breath. Notice how releasing this tension affects the intensity of your anger.
Fun Fact About Your Body:
Your tongue is deeply connected to your toes.
Your body works as one integrated system — no part of you exists in isolation.
Stand upright and gently tighten your tongue while turning one foot outward from the toes.
Now repeat the movement with your tongue relaxed. Notice how the movement becomes smoother and easier.
This simple somatic exploration shows how tension in one area affects coordination throughout the whole body.

I support people (ages 5 to 100+) in finding ease and comfort in their bodies, particularly those living with chronic pain, helping to reduce the stress and pain in their body. I guide them in developing awareness of their fascia and bones.
I also work with individuals experiencing high levels of anxiety, helping them to connect with the peace of their beings, calm their minds and their ease mental tensions and more at home in their bodies.
