You are invited to practise while lying down on the floor on your back and following by standing. During these 12 weeks I will guide you into your body and give you enough time to spend with individual movement to gain a deeper understanding, trust your body and improving the quality of your movements. This course is aiming on releasing the tightness and hydrating your fascia - your body connected tissue. It also you to move, stand, walk without pain.

You will return home with a feeling grounded, centered, alive, happier, content, ease, more connected to your body and feel at peace in yourself.
