​One part of the body has often overlooked is the chronic tension of our eyes. Our eyes & our body is one system as one network. The movement of our eyes organises and control the movement of every muscles of our body. By improving the health of your eyes, there are a significant improvement your whole integrated self. This movement and eyes relaxation class gives you tools to clarify the pathway of information flow in your eyes to your brain and spread out your whole body and versa. It aims to turn your eyes into mechanism to bring peace to yourself.
We will focus on 4 aspects at this class:

relaxation of central nervous system for quiet eyes & allowing blood flow to all chronic tension of your eyes' muscles.

Through life, we develop ways to restrict and inhibit our breathing. This class will help you to use your breathing to change the state of your nervous system into a homeostatic state that help you in health, calmness and easy movement. As your breathing is improved, so do you!

When your body breathes freely the movement created by the breathe has repercussions on your whole structure. Your body is an interlinked unity, every part of it moves to accommodate the volume of the in-coming air; when this air is released every part of the body falls into place again. When you can yield yourself to this manifested life breathing rhythm and feel the cosmic movement of ebb and flow inside of you, a tremendous peace and joy pours out from deep within you.
